Overall there is a gentle delivery of the botanical flavours which end up with a spicy peppery note delivered by the grains of paradise working with the juniper berries.

A unique botanical mix of Cotswolds lavender and bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper and cardamom seed into our bespoke Holstein pot still for distillation before finishing with naturally refined Cotswolds water.
On the front of the palate Portobello Road Gin has a generous slug of juniper, the mid palate has a sustained, fresh citrus character from our use of lemon, bitter orange and coriander, which then develops into a sweet peppery finish, achieved by the use of liquorice and nutmeg.

Distinctive floral and fruity notes of apricot and banana, with hints of vanilla. A subtle smokiness imparted taste by the toasted Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is aged with a warm, medium body with a bright finish.

Chase Pink Grapefruit Gin starts with powerful notes of fleshy pink grapefruit with subtle hints of juniper and lime zest. Chase Seville Orange Gin starts with floral oils up front followed by fruity notes – like a hot cross bun. Made with botanicals including juniper, orange peel, liquorice, elderflower and bitter almonds, our Seville Orange Gin is simply bursting with flavour. This is used in our Orange and Basil Cocktail!
Bloom Strawberry Gin is a limited edition variation that combines fresh, macerated strawberries to create a luxurious, rich liquid. This is used in our Strawberry Cup Cocktail, paired with Fever-tree Lemonade and bundles of strawberries and mint.
Manchester Raspberry Infused gin is a delicate yet slightly sweet gin that is perfect for a refreshing G&T. The aroma of the sweetest raspberries and it’s look make it unmistakable. This is used in our Raspberry Rose Cocktail!
Fever-Tree's mixers are all made with all natural ingredient's sourced from around the world, from their ginger sourced from The Ivory coast, Nigeria and South West India to their locally sourced elderflower from Gloucestershire. Quinine is a key part of tonic water so Fever-Tree source this from the Democratic Republic of Congo from a Cinchona Tree, known by the locals as a Fever-Tree.
